      Manage your bills with EasyPay

      STEP 1

      Login with your Internet banking credentials.

      STEP 2

      Go to Credit card history. Look out for the ‘Convert to Instalment’ icon. Click on the icon to apply.

      STEP 3

      Select the tenure for EasyPay. Review the Instalment amount and the applicable fee.

      STEP 4

      Select between 3, 6, 9 or 12 month tenure.

      STEP 5

      Review your EasyPay selection.

      STEP 6

      Confirmation of submission. Outcome will be notified to the Bank registered email address.

      Enjoy financial flexibility when you use interest-free instalment plans with a one-time service fee for your purchases. You can choose from tenures ranging from 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Below is an illustration of how you can use EasyPay to manage your credit card purchases.

      All principal and supplementary cardholders of the Bank’s credit cards can apply for EasyPay via our Online Banking or SC Mobile application. EasyPay request must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date or available outstanding balances on the credit card.

      Processing Time:

      Processing of the EasyPay application takes 3-5 working days. You should receive a confirmation email (Successful or unsuccessful) on the outcome of the EasyPay application.

      EasyPay on Transaction is a programme that allows you to convert your retail purchases done on your Standard Chartered credit card into interest-free instalments (3 to 12 months) with a one-time processing fee.

      You may also convert your EasyBill or Anytime Cash transactions into instalments (12 to 60 months) at an attractive interest rate.

      You may do so via SC Mobile or Online Banking by selecting “Convert to Instalments” beside your eligible transaction.

      Yes, there is a non-refundable, one-time processing fee for each EasyPay transaction.

      During the application of EasyPay, the fee will be reflected upon the selection of the preferred choice of transaction prior to submitting the application.

      You may apply for EasyPay through our Online Banking or SC Mobile application.

      For transactions converted to instalments on retails transactions, there is no early redemption fee.

      This service is available for all transactions above S$150.

      Retails transactions above $150 are eligible for EasyPay. The option to apply for EasyPay will be displayed alongside the eligible transaction(s) on SC Mobile and Online Banking. EasyPay request must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date on the credit card.

      The outcome of the EasyPay application will be communicated to you via email.

      Unfortunately, applications cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.

      Regardless of whether the EasyPay application is approved or rejected, the cardholder is still required to make payment on the total outstanding balances and/or minimum payment due reflected on the cardholder’s credit card statement(s) by the payment due date, failing which interest and/or late payment and finance charges may apply.
